As with all things in life, we have rules and regulations that must be followed. These rules are for your safety and to ensure that your stay with Jellystone Park™ at Whispering Pines is enjoyable and relaxing. If there is any doubt to the clarity of these rules, please check with the manager or staff on duty at the Ranger Station.
Noise: Limited to your site at a level that cannot be heard by your neighboring sites. No speakers of golf carts. Respect fellow compers & remember QUITE TIME is from 10 pm until 8 am. No outdoor Music, TV, Radio, etc. after 10 pm. Violators will be asked to leave the Resort.
Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Stricly enforced. We love kids! Help us keep them safe. Violators will be asked to leave the Resort.
Sewer: Texas laws require that sewer hoses be fastened using a threaded connector or collar (donut).
Tents: In tent sites you may have up to 2 tents. Tents must be setup ON the site, not on the dirt or grass around the site. Tents are only allowed in Sites 35, 37 & 39.
Swimming Pools: Children, 13 and under, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 at all times. Diapers must be approved swim diapers. NO children, under 18 years old, allowed in the adult pool area. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only bathing suits permitted in pool. NO lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.The Water Zone is open 11am to 6pm, and the Pools are open 11am to 8pm. Pools and Water Zone are closed from October 1st until Spring Break.
Jumping Pillow: Children, 13 and under, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 at all times. NO FLIPS, NO BALLS, or “horse play” on the Jumping Pillow.
Golf Carts, ATV’s (Four-Wheelers), Bicycles, Small Children’s Electric Scooters, Skateboards, ETC: Personal golf carts are allowed in the resort however, a $30 annual license fee is required. ATV’s and four wheelers are not allowed in the resort. Bicycles and children’s electric scooters are allowed. All these vehicles are required to stay on existing roads and must obey the speed limit. Do not drive off the roads in a golf cart.
Photographs: Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the staff of Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp Resort in Tyler, TX to photograph the visitor while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.
Registered Guests: You are responsible for your children and guests at all times. All Children under age 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 at all times.
Visitors: ALL visitors must check in at the Rangers Station and pay an entrance fee.
Campfires: Please use campfire pits around the resort. Do NOT start open ground fires. Please be sure your fire is completely extinguished before you retire for the evening or leave the park.
Check-in/out: Check-in for RVs is 1:00 pm; Cabin check-in is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Upon checking out, please ensure your site, cabin or meeting room is clean. Please leave it as you found it.
Litter: Please help us keep the Resort clean and beautiful. Please place all trash, cigarette butts and other litter in the trash containers. If trash containers are full please take to the dumpsters. Please take all bagged trash to the dumpsters.
No Smoking: NO smoking in cabins, Ranger Station or other buildings. NO smoking in Water Zone, Family Pool, Adult Pool or Spa. NO smoking on the patio/deck area outside the café and family pool.
Pets: Pets are welcome. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pets must be on a leash. Do not leave your pets unattended. All pets must be current with their immunizations. Pets are not allowed in the Ranger Station, Patios, Pool area or any of the meeting rooms. Pets are $20 each (maximum of 2) in the cabins.
WiFi: We have WiFi around the cafe deck. We do not guarantee Wifi service throughout the park.
Cell Phone Service: AT&T is the best cell phone service service provider in our park.
Damage: Damage or destruction of any property will be paid by the individual(s) or the parent or guardian of the one(s) responsible for the damage. Management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property caused by theft, fire, accident or weather.
Alcohol Use: Alcohol use is permitted by guests of legal age. Alcohol must remain at your campsite or cabin. Responsible alcohol use is permitted. Public intoxication is strictly prohibited. Coolers are not allowed in the pool areas.
Drug Use: The use, possession or distribution of illegal drugs on the Resort property will not be tolerated.
Firearms: No loaded firearm, BB guns, Bows & arrows or Fireworks allowed on premises. There is no open carry allowed (30.07).
Pond Rules: The pond is for Fishing (Catch and release). Children under 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult over 18 at all times. No boats or swimming in the pond.
Parking: Please do not park on the grass. Keep your camper jacks inside the pad site. Do not park in RV sites that you have not reserved. A maximum of two (2) vehicles are allowed at each RV site or Cabin.
Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks. Full payment is due and processed at the time of booking.
Refunds: NO refund will be given for early departure or due to weather conditions.
Security: We issue gate cards to our Registered Guests. A fee of $25 per card will be charged if the gate card(s) are not returned to the Ranger Station when you check out.
Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather, please seek shelter in the Yogi Bear™ Building or the Extended Stay Restrooms.
Laundry: Our laundry room is open 24/7. Please do not hang clothing or swimwear outside to dry.
Storage: Outside storage of personal items is not allowed. Please keep your RV site or cabin neat and tidy.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times!
Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accident or losses from any cause. Management is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature.
Management/Owners reserve the right to limit the stay and number of persons per RV site, Cabin or meeting room and to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Our ability to operate any/all amenities and/or activities is contingent on weather, park occupancy, maintenance needs and updates, and other factors. We do not guarantee all amenities will operate 100% of the time. Hours of operation may vary.
